FAQ'S

Q. Do prices include vat?

A. No prices shown are excluding vat.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. Buyrite delivers to all areas of the UK , as well as Nationwide and International destinations.

    We only use reputable Courier & Freight Companies.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive the goods?

A. Uk mainland deliveries are delivered Next Day ( Monday - Friday ) subject to when the order was placed though out the day and stock availability.

Q.What are your delivery charges?

 

Orders under £150.00 exluding vat
£8.00 + vat*
Orders over £150.00 excluding vat
Free

* This carriage charge may vary depending on stock availability and if the goods are extremely heavy.Scottish Highlands and Islands can be extra.

For areas outside of the Uk mainland and International areas the delivery charge will be discussed when placing an order.

Q. Do you deliver on weekends?

A. We can deliver on a Saturday but this is at an extra cost. ( please speak to Customer services )

Q. Can I collect my order?

A. Yes you can collect. We are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

 

Q. What methods of payment can I use?

A. We accept the following:- Visa, Master card, Solo, Maestro, Switch, Delta, Electron . You will not be charged extra for the transaction.

     Cheque & Postal Orders:- Please make cheques payable to " Buyrite " with your order. Post the cheque with a copy of your order to the address below. Goods will be despatched on receipt of payment or earlier at our discretion.

Q. Can you send me samples?

A. Yes, please email us on sales@buyrite.co.uk with your address and contact details , along with a list of samples that you require.

     Please note that we may not have all the samples required in our showroom, and so this may cause some delay while we wait for them to come in.    

Q. I cannot find the product I need. Can you help me?

A. We have a very friendly sales team who are always happy to help. Not all of our products may be online, so if we don't stock it, we may be able to order it in especially for you.

Q. What happens if the product I have orderd is not in stock?

A. We try to maintain good levels of stock at all times. However in high demand times, we may unexpectedly run out.

     If your ordered product is not in stock, our sales team will contact you. It may be that we have a similar item but a different colour/size.

     In most cases this will be treated as a back order item and forwarded on once in stock.. You may also decide to cancel the item and have the balance delivered.
